THE AREA
The Cairgorm National Park is the largest National Park in the UK and offers an unlimited range of activities and adventures year round including hillwalking, climbing, skiing (downhill and cross country), mountain biking, fishing, horse riding, watersports and more, all easily accessible from Aviemore. If all that sounds a bit too energetic then simply enjoy the stunning views and romantic low level walks round crystal clear lochs.
Aviemore iteself has a wide range of shops from essential groceries to outdoor equipment, a good selection of bars and restaurants, coffee shops, take aways and a micro brewery.
